As a response to one of the common questions we are asked by our Post Frame Building clients: "How do you mount lights or accessories to buildings with corrugated metal siding?"

True, you can mount most small fixtures in the "flat" between the ribs, but what if the "flat" is not centered on your door, or for some reason you wish to mount at a specific location but a rib is in the way? For many years we did our best to lay out the panels to land evenly beside doors and windows. But that is all changing. Our goal at Lite Mount is to provide a simple, efficient solution to this problem that looks professional when finished.

We have been developing a poly block that bridges the valleys and ridges, ending our alignment frustrations.

1. The poly block is milled to the profile of your panel to give you a flat mounting surface anywhere - even when your mounting location is near or on a rib.
2. We ship the block oversized (for example, a 6"×6" mount measures 6"×11" when you receive it), allowing you to trim the excess material from either side as needed. This gives you the freedom to place the finished mount at any location on the panel - centered on the rib, centered on the flat, or anywhere in between.

Currently we have the 6"×6" mount available in three profiles: Ag Panel, Commercial Rib, and Board & Batten. We invite your feedback as we continue to develop these products.
